With parents supervision, children 4-8 years, take one (1) scoop one hour prior to bedtime and children 9-12 years, take two (2) scoops one hour prior to bedtime. Mix with your child's favorite beverage (water, milk) or their favorite snack (yogurt, ice cream). Parents, as a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that your child takes with their health care providers..
