Note that my Liposomal Vitamin D is available in two doses: 5,000 IU or 1,000 IU per capsule (per day), based on individual needs.

For most healthy adults, I recommend a daily dose of 5,000 IU of vitamin D3, however, based on your current vitamin D levels and current vitamin D intake from multivitamins and other sources, you may need more vitamin D3, or less.
